Recipe (Feeds 1) For The Low FODMAP Rice Paper Rolls
- 3 Rice Papers
- 1 tin of tuna
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 pepper sliced
- cucumber slices
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Method For Making The low FODMAP Rice Paper Rolls
1.Prepare all your veggies.
2.Lay a rice paper inside a wet tea towel to moisten.
When the rice paper is soft – add in the ingredients.
