Low FODMAP Snack – ‘Magnum’ Bites

Do you find it difficult to find sweet, low FODMAP snacks? I hear you!

Foods like milk chocolate, cereal bars, cakes and biscuits are generally all high FODMAP. So, you need to find a low FODMAP, snack alternative.

This recipe is one of my favourites, but I do feel guilty calling it a ‘recipe’ as it is so simple!

Do you love food but hate ‘fussy’ recipes that take a long time to make?

I hope so, as this will be just up your street!

low FODMAP snack

Ingredients

  • 50g of dark chocolate
  • 12 teaspoons of peanut butter

Method

  1. Place 1 teaspoon of peanut butter in 12 cupcake cases (I used silicon)
  2. Freeze for 30 minutes
  3. Melt the chocolate
  4. Coat the frozen peanut balls in chocolate
  5. Freeze again for 1 hour
  6. Enjoy!

(Keep stored in the freeze for that crunch!)
