This 90 minute online workshop will cover nutrition strategies to help maximise your off-season including managing reduced training loads, optimising body composition and testing to make 2020 your best season yet. There will be plenty of time for questions to answer specific nutrition questions and challenges you may experience.
The workshop will be recorded and all participants will receive the workshop replay afterwards.
Any participants who are unable to attend the workshop are encouraged to submit their specific questions in advance so these can be incorporated and answered in their absence.
