Alex has been a UK registered dietitian since graduating from Coventry University with a first-class honours degree in 2015.
She has vast experience working in the NHS as a specialist community dietitian conducting home visits, clinics, inpatient ward work and group education sessions. She is also registered with the British Dietetic Association and the Health & Care Professions Council.
Her current NHS role allows her to help individuals with various dietary related concerns, such as malnutrition, weight management, swallowing difficulties, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, irritable bowel syndrome, tube feeding and many, many more.
Outside of her NHS role, Alex collaborates with local fertility centres and specialises in preconception nutrition. She is also active on social media, writes professional articles for newspapers, magazines and blogs, and works on recipe development projects.
Alex is passionate about using the science behind nutrition to help individuals to achieve personal goals and live a healthier, happier life.
