Amy is an adult & paediatric dietitian registered with the Health & Care Professionals council, having gained a first-class degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from King’s College London.
Currently working both in the NHS and freelance, Amy works across a breadth of clinical areas ranging from cow’s milk protein allergy and picky eating in children to disordered eating in adults.
Passionate about applying weight-inclusive practice and using non-diet approaches to support sustainable healthy habits, Amy specialises in nurturing healthy relationships with food from infancy to adulthood.
Alongside her clinical work, Amy is an expert in marketing & communications and product development, having worked in the fields in both London & New York. Amy supports brands to decipher fact from fiction in the world of nutrition and offers evidence-based nutritional advice to those interested in being responsible marketers and developing products truly unique & beneficial to health & well-being.
