Anna is a highly-skilled registered Dietitian, with specialist areas of gastroenterology ( i.e IBS), weight loss and disordered eating. She also has experience working with the media such as The Telegraph, Guardian and Women’s Health Magazine.
Anna graduated as a Dietitian from Leeds Metropolitan University and has recently completed the Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) – V300 course. She has over 10 years’ experience delivering nutritional education, advice, and support to a wide range of different client groups both adults and children. Anna has shared her expertise knowledge lecturing on university courses.
She is passionate about the role food plays in our lives and can offer help in many conditions. Anna currently works as an Advanced Dietetic Practitioner, alongside her freelance work and specialise’s in home enteral feeding, Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and head and neck cancer. Anna leads on Care homes across her local district, as well as leading on nutrition in a local learning disabilities home.
Anna has produced an article that has been published in complete nutrition as well as being a presenter on an expert panel at BAPEN. Anna is an experienced runner having represented the county in cross country. Being a runner she understands that optimal nutrition is key to peak performance and can advise on nutrition for a wide range of sports. Anna offers private consultations to adults, parents with children. She also offers consultancy to business, training to schools, care homes, and article writing.
