Carly has spent the last 12 years working as a Registered Dietitian and continues to work as Lead Dietitian at 2gether NHS Trust in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
Her particular areas of dietary expertise and interest include mental health, learning disabilities, disordered eating, and selective or fussy eaters.

Carly is passionate about supporting people in developing a healthy relationship with food, whether that be young children just starting out on the weaning journey; fussy toddlers; adolescents with body image concerns; or adults with disordered eating.

Over the last 12 years she has supported many people to move on from their struggles with food and weight and feel confident in eating well for their needs. She continues to do this via work with individuals, staff and carer training, parent workshops and university lecturing.

Baby Bright Start is Carly’s vision for supporting the parents of Gloucestershire with feeding their children. Through informal workshops we discuss various key stages of infant nutrition and give parents confidence with how to approach each stage and support their child to develop a healthy relationship with food.
