First Class BSc (Hons) Nutrition & MSc Dietetics, RD.
Graduating with a first class degree in Nutrition from the University of Nottingham, Charlotte went on to gain her MSc in Dietetics at King’s College London before qualifying as a Registered Dietitian.
Since qualifying, Charlotte has gained a wealth of experience working in an array of medical specialisms within a top London NHS trust. This invaluable experience has provided Charlotte with the knowledge to provide expert to help her clients improve their health and achieve their dietary goals.
Passionate about helping people establish good and healthy relationships with food, she founded DINE, a website packed with articles to help educate and empower and engage individuals with evidence-based scientific nutrition knowledge to help restore healthy relationships with food. She has also been involved in several community based well-being projects, volunteering with Jamie’s Ministry of Food and regularly speaks at a Central London eating disorders recovery course.
