I’m Lizzie Sanchez; a Dietitian registered with the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am passionate about using the most up-to-date research to help you make changes to your diet and lifestyle based on individual circumstances to add years to and improve the quality of your life.
I have over 8 years’ experience in the NHS and privately, with extensive experience in a wide range of areas including; gut health, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome including the low FODMAP diet, weight reduction, heart health, diabetes and nutrition support for those struggling to meet their nutritional requirements. In addition to gut health my passion is helping people ensure optimum health if you choose to follow a vegetarian or vegan diet. I also have a special interest in sustainable eating for planet health.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree with Hons from King’s College London and graduated in 2013. Previous NHS roles include Specialist Gastrointestinal Dietitian at East Surrey Hospital, Community Dietitian for St George’s Hospital and Oncology Dietitian at Mount Vernon Hospital.
I currently offer virtual consultations. I use a patient tailored approach that is only possible using a private Dietitian.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs and to see whether I am the best Dietitian for you. My fees are £60 for the first hour session, then £45 for 30-45 minute follow-up sessions. Special rates are available for those wishing to book a block of sessions.
