I am a registered UK Dietitian with a Masters in Advanced Dietetic Practice. I am a member of The British Dietetic Association, British Burn Association and BDA Paediatric Specialist Group.

I currently work in an NHS teaching hospital as a Clinical Lead Burn & Complex Wound Dietitian in addition to running my own private practice; The Dietary Edit. I have worked with many clients across these two sectors and have also consulted for charities such as the Katie Piper Foundation.

I am passionate about empowering patients and providing them with knowledge and support to optimise their nutritional intake to achieve the best outcomes possible. I’ve extensive experience of working with people in a number of specialties and can support clients with any of the following;

The Dietary Edit provides bespoke evidence-based nutrition advice from a registered Dietitian. This can be delivered online or in person, depending on clients preferences and needs. Tig with clients across the UK and is willing to travel, if required.

Tig provides a holistic approach to delivering nutritional interventions, taking into account lifestyle, medical conditions and nutritional goals as part of your consultation. She is health professional highly trained in nutritional counselling, motivational interviewing and behaviour change techniques and provides a supportive and collaborative approach to dietary treatment. She ensures any dietary goals are simple, achievable, and realistic for each individual.

You can be re-assured all nutrition advice is evidence-based as Tig is required to keep up to date with the latest nutritional science as part of her registration with HCPC and continuing professional development. She will always work within her professional scope of practice ensuring her care is safe, relevant and that she has the skills and knowledge to undertake an assessment as set out in the British Dietetic Association code of conduct.
