Evangelos Tsatiris is a qualified, HCPC Registered Dietitian and a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the Freelance Dietitians group, currently working in the area of Bristol. He is committed to forming relationships with people looking to lose or manage their weight, and deal with chronic conditions. He is passionate about helping people understand how the food they eat affects their health and wellbeing. He uses behavioural change approaches to support people make good dietary choices, tailored to their individual lifestyle. He specialises in weight management and mental health nutrition, providing nutritional counselling in people with depression, anxiety, binge eating, and disordered eating.
Evangelos holds a BSc (Hons) in Dietetics from Coventry University and an MSc in Nutrition, Physical Activity & Public Health from the University of Bristol. As part of his dietetic training, he gained valuable NHS experience in several hospitals, including the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, New Cross Hospital, Solihull, Good Hope and Heartlands Hospitals. Prior to qualifying as a dietitian, Evangelos was awarded a first-class BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology and subsequently specialised and practised in Health Psychology. He also earned an MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire.
Having worked in various psychological, nutritional, and academic settings, Evangelos has developed an expertise in applying evidence-based, behavioural change techniques to his dietetic practice using a person-centred, holistic approach.
