I am a qualified, HCPC Registered Dietitian, specialised in Nutrition, Physical activity and Public Health with a background in Psychology, currently living and working in the area of Bristol. I am also a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
I graduated at the University of Coventry, gaining an NHS-funded, BSc (Hons) in Dietetics. As part of my dietetic training, I gained valuable clinical NHS experience in various hospitals, including Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, New Cross Hospital, Solihull, Good Hope and Heartlands Hospitals.
Prior to graduating in Dietetics, I gained a first-class BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology and subsequently specialised and practised in Health Psychology in Greece, Athens. Having worked in various psychological and nutritional settings, I have gained valuable skills in behaviour change techniques using a person-centred, holistic approach.
I am passionate about helping people understand how the food they eat affects their health and wellbeing. I specialise in using behavioural change approaches to support people to manage their weight by guiding them to make good dietary choices, tailored to their individual lifestyle, habits and wellbeing. I also specialise in mental health nutrition, providing nutritional counselling in people with depression, anxiety, binge eating, and disordered eating.
