Jen has a balanced approach to nutrition, she does not believe in “quick fixes”. She is a busy working Mum and can easily empathise with the minefield of nutrition information and the lack of time most of us have to focus on our nutritional intake. Through her work and her background degree in psychology she understands that emotional and psychological issues, as well as medications, can have a substantial influence on a persons ability to follow a healthy lifestyle and she can work with people to overcome these barriers.
Jennifer is on the expert panel of the Healthy Food Guide magazine and writes monthly features and blogs for them. She also writes for many other consumer and trade press, both in print and online. She is a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association and has been on live news programs, as well as radio, in this capacity. She enjoys speaking and is regularly asked to speak at various events.
