Jenny is a Registered Dietitian with The Health Care Profession Council and has been practicing dietetics for 14 years. Having qualified from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2006 she has since worked in many varied roles throughout the NHS. She obtained a Masters in Advanced Dietetic Practice from Nottingham University in 2015 and she is a member of the British Dietetic Association.
Jenny has been interested in nutrition from a young age and has the strong belief that our nutrition has a vital role in both our short term and long term health. Having lived in Leicester for 14 years and having travelled widely throughout the world as given her an extensive knowledge of food and food cultures, both of which an invaluable when supporting individuals with their dietary management
Throughout her time in the NHS she was worked with many different clinical conditions and specialist areas, including weight management, gastroenterology and diabetes both as inpatients and outpatients. Working with those with chronic conditions and the critically ill has reinforced her belief that nutrition and diet has an essential part to play in ensuring lifelong healthy living and would value the chance to help you achieve an optimum diet for you.
