Josie Porter is a registered dietitian working as a specialist in the NHS and in freelance. Her current role in London is working with others to help them improve their health, lose weight, overcome disordered eating and in some cases achieve diabetes remission. Consequently, Josie is an expert at helping others achieve sustainable weight loss and maintaining healthy relationships with food. She believes in using a holistic approach, including not just nutrition, but also exercise, stress management, mindfulness and sleep.
Prior to this role, she worked as a dietitian in the acute setting; primarily in mental health, enhanced care unit, stroke, endocrinology, medical and gastroenterology.
