Judy is a Registered Dietitian with 10 years clinical experience in the NHS, her recent post included developing the local cow’s milk allergy pathway, supporting children with learning disabilities and eating disorders. She also ran a specialist gastroenterology clinic and busy general clinic treating different nutrition problems including food allergy and constipation. Judy has been freelancing in private practice, writing for publications and with charities since 2020.
Clinical interests: food allergies, gastrointestinal disorders (IBD, coeliac disease, allergies), mental health, eating disorders including ARFID. She understands how nutrition impacts on particular developmental windows through childhood and adolescence.
Judy is passionate about helping families to treat nutritional problems holistically, ensuring family mealtimes and healthy eating behaviours remain a priority.
