I have a particular interest in what drives us to eat the way we do. In my clinical practice I often consult with people who are struggling with weight or IBS issues and, as well as the need for dietary changes, there is often underlying emotional stress which is fuelling the overeating/undereating or anxiety around when and how to eat well.
