She has completed an extensive amount of formal education and training with a first-class degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from King’s College London, and a distinction in her Masters in Clinical Research. She is a certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor and has an NHS background. She is highly experienced in providing motivational support, holding a Diploma in Neurolinguistic Programming. She is clinically trained to support you manage medical conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, Insulin Resistance/Type 2 Diabetes, Disordered Eating and Sports Nutrition.
