I love helping people improve their health and live a healthy lifestyle.

I help people treat a digestive problem they are having like IBS or constipation or bloating.  I also help people to treat obesity and lose weight/fat so they never need to diet again.  I’ve done over 5000 consultations and been in full time practice since 2007.  I’m based in Kent and go to London once a week.

I do nutrition plans and one to one consultations in person or by skype.

I have a really good weight loss programme called the Body Fat Release Weight Loss Programme.  It’s 8 weeks and teaches you all you need to know to get in control of your weight and change your metabolism.

I also have a free service whereby you receive weekly inspirational emails if you sign up to Peck Nutrition email list. I also have a blog that’s published fortnightly.

I’m British born and grew up in New Zealand. I bring a fresh approach that will make you feel happy.
