I’m Kirsty and I am a Registered Dietitian and Online Nutrition Coach.
I specialise in 3 main areas of nutrition:
- Food Freedom (Intuitive Eating)
- Preconception and fertility nutrition
- IBS, gut health and low FODMAP diets
I help women break up with yo-yo dieting, the scales and counting calories by teaching them how to eat intuitively, nourish their bodies, find balance and enjoy food without guilt.

GUT HEALTH AND IBS
