As a registered paediatric dietitian it is my passion to help children to eat the best diet possible for their individual needs.

I work with babies and children with a variety of nutritional issues including: allergies, faltering growth, fussy eaters, babies starting solids, coeliac disease, constipation, vegetarian & vegan diets and nutritional deficiencies.

As a Mum myself and advocate of supporting parents in a practical way, I am determined to make your child healthier and your mealtimes easier by providing science backed information that is simple to understand and easy to implement into daily life.

I work with families in a number of ways: 1:1 consultations, group workshops and 3 online courses coming very soon.

Face to face appointments take place at my clinic space in Leigh-on-Sea in Essex but I also work with many patients via video call.

I have been working within the NHS since 2012 and have been running TeenyWeanies since 2015. During this time I have helped hundreds of families to work towards less stressful and more nutritious mealtimes for their children.

I am a member of the British Dietetic Association and am registered with The Health & Care Professions Council and keep my knowledge up to date by regularly attending conferences and professional training.
