I have over 19 years of experience as a HCPC registered Dietitian. For much of this time I have been in a senior clinical and leadership role, and currently manage a team of 25 dietitians and nutrition nurses.

My main areas of interest is Gastroenterology Conditions; including Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Coeliac Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Gluten Sensitivity and Lactose intolerance.

I have undertaken specialist training at King’s College and can provide expert advice on the clinically effective low Fodmap diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I also have extensive experience and expert skills in Nutrition support for people/patients with nutritional deficiencies who are underweight and malnourished. This includes frail elderly people, those with acute illness/conditions and also those with longer term conditions, for example, neurological, respiratory and gastrointestinal problems. My clinical skills cover all routes of nutrition support i.e. A ‘Food First’ approach, Oral Nutritional Supplements and Artificial feeding (Enteral Tube Feeding and Parenteral Nutrition).
