Hello, I’m Mairi Huntly. My goal is to support women to overcome their IBS symptoms. I am also passionate about supporting women who are struggling to lose weight. I have over 20 years experience working in the NHS and I have been working as a Freelance dietitian for 3 years. I am a FODMAP trained dietitian and currently deliver the BDA FODMAP course. I also have experience in behaviour change.

I also enjoy recipe development and menu planning and I have recently completed the recipe analysis course to ensure the best practice for analysing recipes. I also enjoy media work and recently appeared on Food Unwrapped Summer diet special.

My specialist areas include:

  • Gut problems including IBS, Coeliac disease
  • Weight Mangement
  • Menopause
