I am a registered dietitian and have a BSc honours degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, a Graduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition with the International Olympic Committee and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health. I have over 15 years of clinical experience in both the UK and Australia working within the NHS and private sector.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA), as well as being an active member of the London Eating Disorders Dietitians Group, The Centre for Mindful Eating, the Health At Every Size (HAES) community and am a Clinical Associate Trainer for BEAT (the national eating disorders charity).
I specialise in working with clients with clients eating disorders, disordered eating, and those who have a poor relationship with food and their body and am passionate about helping people with their food recovery, getting back to normal eating and rediscovering their own internal cues using a Non-Diet and Health at Every Size approach.
With clients with IBS, I work with clients to explore what may be causing your symptoms and whether a change in the way they are eating or their lifestyle can help alleviate symptoms, as IBS can be triggered by a variety of different things.
