I have over 10 years experience working within the NHS covering a number of specialities, working in some of the UKs largest trusts.
For the past 5 years I have worked at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London as a Specialist Oncology Dietitian. I have a particular interest in the gastrointestinal consequences of cancer treatments and the lasting effects cancer treatments can have on quality of life. This includes advising on specialist diets for bile acid malabsorption and pancreatic insufficiency.
I have recently moved to the highlands of Scotland, I am keen to continue raising awareness of the consequences of cancer treatment.
I have lectured on Masters modules and spoken at international conferences on a range of nutrition related issues.
I have experience with writing for professional publications and contributing to research.
