Rebecca is a HCPC Registered Dietitian with a wealth of experience in helping clients manage health conditions through dietary change.
Since Rebecca has worked for 10 years in the most multi-cultural area of the UK, she has a real understanding of how our relationship with food may differ according to our culture and religion – our unique identity – thus ensuring that any recommendations are considerate of individual food choices and beliefs.
As well as offering individual and group consultations, Rebecca has experience as an expert and treating dietitian in legal cases.

Rebecca is an accredited ‘DESMOND’ diabetes educator and is a strong believer in the ethos of empowering you to self-manage your own health
Rebecca is a full member of the BDA and is a BDA Media Spokesperson. Rebecca has been featured in The Times, The Guardian and on BBC Radio. She is a member of the Paediatric, Diabetes and Neurosciences Specialist Groups.
Rebecca has had over 40 articles published over a breadth of range of nutrition issues, and is an editor for CN Magazine.
