I am a registered dietitian, passionate about food and how it affects health and wellbeing.  I want to share my knowledge to help people make well-informed food choices.

I currently work in the NHS providing nutrition advice for individuals with kidney disease but I also have wide experience in the nutritional aspects of many other health conditions.  My particular areas of interest include diabetes, heart disease, weight management, gastro-intestinal disturbances, and general gut health.  I can also help with developing specific eating plans and suggest recipe modifications to promote good health.

My aim is to provide up-to-date, evidence-based dietary advice tailored to individuals.  I know from experience that the most powerful and effective advice is that which is practical and fits with an individual’s lifestyle.
