Working as a dietitian for over 15 years, Victoria is experienced in translating up-to-date scientific research on nutrition and disease into practical and realistic advice to help you reach your dietary goal. Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals to be regulated by law and governed by an ethical code, to ensure that they always work to the highest standard.
Victoria understands that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to healthy eating. Victoria will work together with you to develop a nutrition plan that is tailored to your dietary and lifestyle goals. Whatever level of information you require can be provided e.g. calorie controlled meal plans to help with weight loss, support with meal planning for the whole family or advice on a specific health condition.
Victoria is a keen cook and enjoys developing new recipes and meals to suit different dietary needs. This led to her working closely with the Carbs and Cals team in the development of their latest book, SALADS. Victoria was responsible for the development and testing of recipes and text writing and has continued to work on a further 3 books which are due to be released Autumn 2016.
