Victoria is both an experienced Dietitian and Personal Trainer and is therefore in a unique position to advise on both diet and exercise. Victoria graduated from King’s College London in 2011 and practiced as a registered Dietitian within the NHS from 2011-2018. Since then she has focused on her private practice and offers Dietetic clinics and Personal Training services in Oxford and surrounding areas and online.
Victoria has always been fascinated by the impact diet can have on health and wellbeing and how nutrition links into the bigger picture of both physical and mental health.
Since graduating she has gained a wide variety of expertise in treating medical conditions with nutritional therapy including obesity, cancer, pancreatic disease, heart disease, stroke, arthritis and diabetes.
Victoria has spoken at international conferences on the importance of nutrition in pancreatic cancer and the Dietetic management of Type 3c diabetes. She was also a 2018 Macmillan Professional Awards finalist for her work in developing the pancreatic cancer service in Oxford.
Her passion is now for the management of both health and disease through good food and nutrition. Many people have a complex relationship with food, we eat for many reasons far beyond just the nutrition the food gives us. Food is such a big part of our lives and therefore the management of diet can be complex. Change can be hard but with Victoria’s skills in behaviour change techniques and extensive knowledge regarding therapeutic diets she will be able to guide you through making sustainable, lifelong changes to better your health.
If you are struggling to know what foods will help you feel your best, have unwanted weight gain or weight loss or want to know what nutritional changes can help with your medical conditions, then Victoria can help.
