After gaining valuable experience working in the NHS, for the last 10 years I have worked as a freelance dietitian with a particular interest in sport, specialising in dance nutrition. In 2009, I authored the reference book entitled Nutrition for Dancers, which was published by Dance Books Ltd.

I currently work with both student and professional dancers, as well as sports enthusiasts, amateur and professional athletes. Having trained at the Royal Academy of Dance, I am fully aware of the demands placed on the mind and body to perform in peak condition!

I am actively involved in the Healthier Dancer Program (HDP) working under the education program of the National Institute of Dance Medicine and Science (NIDMS).

In my practice, I work on a one-to-one basis as well as group lectures on health and performance optimisation. I also work as a nutrition writer, designing e-learning diploma courses on nutrition.

Areas of specialization include body sculpting and weight management, digestive issues (IBS), food intolerance, vegetarian and vegan diets, recovery after training and injury and improving immunity.

Available Monday-Friday (and occasional weekends). Skype sessions can also be requested. Based in London, I am also happy to travel to surrounding areas.
